Kukkiwon decided to suspend Kukkiwon, who was arrested by the board of directors of Kukkiwon, and appointed Kim Young-tae as acting director. Kukkiwon held the fifth extraordinary board meeting at the Le Meridien Hotel in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul on Dec. 19 and decided on this.
